Insertions less than 6 do not qualify for any Volume Discount. Volume Discount only applies for insertions from 6 and above ,as follows:6-11 insertions= 5%; 12 – 17 insertions = 10%; 18 – 23 insertions = 15%; 24 insertions, above = 20% |
* Volume Discounts only apply when booking is done in multiples of insertions stated above and payment is made in full or at least 75 % in advance. Companies/Agencies deducting With – Holding Tax MUST forward to our office applicable receipt(s) from the FIRS within 2 month of the deduction(s),failure which we shall write directly to the FIRS to report the defaulting company/agency. All rates are exclusive of 5% VAT .Payment in draft/cheque to be made payable to : BELMANG LTD. |
COMMISSION FOR ADVERTISING AGENCIES & CREDIT POLICY:
A standard Agency Commission of 15% as stipulated by the NPAN is allowed for every insertion by Advert Agencies PROVIDED however that the said Agencies shall pay for the Adverts within 30 days of publication and presentation of invoice. Agencies which fail to remit monies within 30 days but do so within 60 will get only 10% Commission; those paying after 60 days but within 90 days will get only 5% commission .while those paying after 90 days but within 120 days get no commission at all. Agencies that owe beyond 120 days will be charged interest on the amount outstanding at the prevailing CBN interest rates. Agencies are to take note of this policy/provision as it will be strictly enforced. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. |

Conditions for Advertisement
1.All adverts must be delivered in electronic version, either on disk or via e-mail in the ordered pixel dimension (file size) unless otherwise stated.
2. If delivered on paper, a conversion charge will be added.
3. Please note that all banner adverts must be in .gif, .jpeg or flash format.
4. Advert space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
5. Our advertising policy is so flexible that we can accommodate any request from an advertiser so long as it is legal and conforms to our editorial policy.
6 Rates are subject to change but adverts currently running are protected from increase until the duration of the placement expires. An advert run starts the day the advert is published in http://www.ittelecomdigest.com website and runs for the period paid for.
7. Payment must accompany all advertisement. Payment either in cash, cheques or money transfer must be payable to Belmang Ltd.
8. Belmang Ltd, its officers or business partners shall in no way be liable for any cost or damage if for any reason it fails to publish the advert in our website as a result of natural occurrences beyond human control, strikes, internet interruption, slowdown, fires or any other condition beyond the control of Belmang Ltd.
9. Belmang Ltd reserves the right to accept, reject and/or cancel any advert at its sole discretion. Adverts are accepted on the condition that the advertiser agrees to indemnify Belmang Ltd, its officers and its business partners against any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising from the online publishing adverts.
10. Conversion rates are based on the prevailing exchange rate for all local adverts.
