On January 1, 2011, Fairpros International Marketing, the Official Representative for Sub-Saharan Africa to Messe Berlin, KoelMesse and MesseNurmberg, organisers of several leading international fairs in Berlin, Cologne and Nuremberg, Germany, appointed IT & Telecom Digest as the Nigerian Representative to manage the Fairpros Nigeria office.

We are glad therefore to introduce to you the services, which delegates to all events organised by the above named events organisers can now enjoy right here in Nigeria.

Follow the necessary guide and instructions to determine which event best suits you; then, contact us as guided on the website. We will be glad to advise you on the fees for each event, which will usually cover:
Admission Ticket for all the exhibition days
Visa Invitation Letter
Scanned copies of all documents by email
Courier Express Delivery of Documents
Travel Health Insurance for 15 Days - one year validity
Bank transfer charges occurring in Germany
19% Value Added Tax included
Groups will enjoy reduced rates of up to  33% discount from the second Trade Visitor Package

If you have decided to attend any of the events of your choice and to order the "Visitor Package" mentioned above, please tell us by sending us your details. To issue all your documents correctly we need your passport details (name, sex, nationality, date of birth, passport number, date of issue) and those of your company (name, address, position).

To make the registration as easy as possible for you and us, we ask you to use our registration form available for download here.
Soon after receiving your details, we will send you a provisional invoice by email to allow you to pay your order in Naira (unless you choose to pay by wire transfer directly to our Principal Partner’s account in Germany).

For hotel reservations we advise you to either book with your local travel agency; or contact us for a recommendation of an agency in Germany.
