Nigeria is participating at the ITU Telecom World 2016 event taking place in Bangkok, Thailand.
At the formal opening of the Nigeria Pavilion, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union, Houlin Zhao (2nd right) graced the occasion and joined the Nigerian delegation in this photo; to his left is Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir el-Rufai; while to his right are Nigerian Communications Minister, Adebayo Shittu and Executive Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission, Prof. Umar Danbatta.
The event, which began November 14 will run through to November 17.
