Tecno Mobile’s latest version of its social app, the Palmchat 5.1.4 is targeted to boost relationships, especially so during this Valentine season.

He further explained that Palmchat 5.1.4 version stands out from other messaging apps like Whatsapp, BBM and Instagram as unique messaging features like the custom ‘Shake shake’, QR code scanner and group chattingin are embedded in the chat room interface, a first of its kind in messaging apps.
