
Samsung Rocks Nigeria with Ch@t 322 Dual-SIM QWERTY Phone

This was the verdict of the audience that gathered at the Silverbird Galleria, in Lagos, to witness the launch into the Nigerian market, of the Samsung Ch@t 322 mobile phone, a product that left many wishing to get hold of it even before departing the venue owing to its attractive and satisfying features.
According to Samsung Electronics West Africa, which performed the launch in Lagos, the Samsung Ch@t 322 is the first ever Samsung handset that offers a combination of dual-SIM functionality and the full QWERTY keypad for a comprehensive and convenient all-round user experience.
Those who gathered to witness the launch were treated to an eye-catching display of this wonderful new phone, and a lot of entertainment, as they walked into the Silverbird Galleria venue of the launch. Many visitors took advantage of the ample opportunity Samsung gave to experience the new wonder duos, as they were seen clicking and chatting away on the Samsung Ch@t322 mobile phone.
An elated Mr. Fady Khatib, Samsung West Africa’s Director, Hand Held Products, while speaking at the occasion, said the new Samsung Ch@t 322 mobile phone is the ideal solution for users seeking a device to balance both their social and work life.

According to Mr. Khatib, the Samsung Ch@t 322 DUOS Dual SIM phone, offers the user a good level of flexibility. A dedicated key offers access to either SIM card giving the user access to two separate phone numbers on the same device, thereby allowing users make calls within optimal call plans or coverage available.
He stressed that the innovative optical track-pad works in tandem with the QWERTY keyboard for the convenience of users. He said using the features on the phone is quick and easy with shortcuts on the QWERTY keyboard. These include quick menu access, shortcuts built in to ease the typing process, and simplified web and e-mail input which sometimes presents challenges in phone usage.
Users, he said, can keep a tab on their social life, as the device offers shortcuts to their favourite social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter with a range of multimedia options. These are available on the Smart Home screen, allowing users to be instantly and conveniently connected with their social groups. The home screen also has a dedicated facebook link to the Samsung mobile Nigeria facebook page. While the ’smart home’ toolbar allow automatic updates on sites visited, mails received and chats.
The pre-installed instant messengers such as MSN, Yahoo, and Google talk enables users to chat with their buddies at anytime, anywhere. With Bluetooth Messenger, users can enjoy chatting for free even as the Auto Pull E-mail feature offers a push-like email experience, removing the need for users to frequently check their e-mails.
He said, the enhanced interface and DUOS UX allows the user to assign tasks on their home screen for easy and quick access to the information and functions needed. The device is also equipped with a 1.3 Megapixel camera while the USB 2.0 connection enables fast file transfers between devices.
